Pretty much heard it all, starting with "Democrat Party" (a Joseph McCarthy-thing), to "bleeding-heart liberal," which is pretty tame compared with the deplorable shite the RW throws today.
They have more insults at hand because 1) hate radio is exclusively RW, and to gin up the fear and rage, the usual on-air "personalities" have coined many of the unflattering sobriquets, and have definitely employed them over the decades; 2) Alt-right, neo-nazi websites and crap-fest-sites like Breitbart ("articles" and comments) have further lowered and devalued discourse.
Since they're unstoppable in a cockroach-esque manner, and as resistant to change as any hard-core cult members, I just say...fuck 'em. When they go low, we go subterranean. No prisoners.
