14. Here's a thought,

Obama should sue for defamation. Then Trump would HAVE to produce the truth of his claim. There would be depositions, witnesses, and the like. (Tax Returns?) Obama could claim that Trump's statements are damaging to his legacy. And since defamation (which would also include libel) would be Civil rather than criminal, tRump couldn't evade it by claiming Executive Privilege. If tRump tried to claim 'Classified' the court should just tell him he still has to produce it and would keep it under wraps but they would have to see it.

And it is a suit that Obama would win and could simply refuse to settle, even if the award was only $.01 in terms of actual damages, tRump would still have all the info out there and be proven to be a lair.
