Tesla customers still waiting for their all new & "enhanced" Autopilot that was promised for December. So if phase 2 & 3 of healthcare rollout are on a similar timeline, don't expect them to happen within the next 4 years.

(Disclaimer: I love electric vehicles and Tesla cars, but now that Elon is basically on Trump's mascot team, I'm looking into other options...)
