By trying to back out of a nuclear arms-control treaty that reduces the nuclear arsenal of both sides?

By allowing Russia to paint the US as a hellscape of violence, corruption and brutal poverty?

By attacking the exceptionalism of the US?

By demolishing the moral superiority that any leader is supposed to project?

By telling the whole world that the US sucks?
