2. i still think actual impeachment is very, very unlikely.

even if we capture the house in the midterms, we certainly won't get enough to win a 2/3rd senate vote for removal.

and democrats aren't nearly as into the "let's impeach just for the spectacle of it" as republicans are. so we might not do it even if we do have a majority in the house.


if republicans in congress want donnie out, they'll talk him into resigning somehow. they really, really, really don't want to go through an impeachment process against someone in the same party that their own constituents voted for.
