6. I had to change a phone number we had for THIRTY years

because their god-damned phone robots would not stop calling me

Once you get to be 60-ish, they phone-stalk you night & day to get you to sign up for all their "programs" & "classes".

Nothing I said to them would get them to stop.

I had to buy a burner cell phone so they could have a phone number & then I took the battery out .

We had Riverside Medical Group for most of 30 years and recently (3 years ago) we had only Kaiser or PPO to choose from.. We are measuring their plan with the ones we had for decades..

We DID have Kaiser for a 1 year period about 10 years ago and they managed to misdiagnose a serious eye problem I had & I ended up losing the vision in my right eye.
