1. Here is the dilemma, for trump supporters to admit they were conned

and are being harmed by trump and team, they have to admit they were wrong and in fact have been wrong their entire lives.

They cant do that.

Most of them wont do that at least not until their very lives are on the line, and even then many wont.

They have been told liberals look down on them, call them names, make fun of them, etc. I had a friend of mine tell me that years ago, all of it was news to me, I didnt actually do any of that but by definition when we discussed something I used facts and he used Fox News or Rush Limbaugh talking points.

This may all be academic, as we speak our state dept is gone, our EPA and dept of education are nearly gone and Vladimir Putin has direct input into what happens here from now on.
