23. Then specify full REMOVAL, not simple IMPEACHMENT

"Impeachment" is probably the most mis-used word when it comes to political actions. Most people (particularly Repugs) think that impeachment itself is the entire act of removing a disgraced politician from office, when it is merely a component of it. In fact it is a simple component, but it is used more for political show of force.

(I would recommend that anytime the president is a Republican, and the House is majority Democrat, that they ALWAYS impeach the president as a matter of rule, not as an exception, because Republican policies are anti-humanist. Such an impeachment would secure the House member's reputation with his/her/hir progressive base, and make it unlikely that a GOP ingrate can ever be elected in that district again. But I digress.)

The 25th Amendment, though, would require a consensus upon people whom, ostensibly, are closest to the president in the first place, which means they aren't normal people, but crazed fanatics of their own right. Fat chance seeing any of those reprobates even considering a presidential eject button.
