111. There are a lot of crimes where I think that connection is easily drawn. Absolutely.

The guy in the bar in, what was it, KY? Or any of the other crimes where some asshat yells "get out of my country" and then attacks someone "furrin" looking?

There was another case in the Seattle area not too long ago, some guy in his own driveway and pickup truck McTrumpface pulls up and shoots him, again, with "get out of my country" or something similar.

Those cases- absolutely, there's a real connection IMHO. You'd have to be an idiot not to recognize it.

But this one, specifically, if you look at the actual facts of the case I think it's some other stuff going on that has nothing to do with our current political universe. Like I said, maybe more relevant that a multiple violent sex offender gets let out of prison while we have millions of people doing years and years for shit like smoking a joint.

This is not a "wound up Trump follower", which was really the impression the wording of the OP conveys. At least, that was my impression upon reading it before clicking the thread.
