He said he had a secret plan to defeat ISIS [View all]

All during the campaign and that he 'knew more than the Generals'. When pressed by reporters he replied, "I am not going to broadcast my plan and tip off the enemy".

Okay two questions:

If he already had a plan why did he sign an Executive Order in late January directing the Pentagon to 'come up with a plan in 30 days'?

Is this plan ready to go?

Dump needs to be held accountable.
I'm starting to really wonder when that will happen.
