17. I believe that Comey outright switched Clinton votes into Trump votes. A lot of them.

Without Comey's intervention to help Trump the election would been very different.

Worst case scenario would have had Clinton winning by 6 points with 333 electoral votes. That is assuming the race narrowed in the final 2 weeks.
