Rachel is smart as hell. She told people why he wouldn't want returns shown repeatedly. First tell them what you are going to tell them then tell them. Then tell them what you told them, then tell them what you told them again. She also planted the thought that it is out there. Paranoics can't stand that. She may already have more who knows? someway some how it is coming out. People in general will get a hell of a lot smarter and well informed listening to what Rachel says.
