Is National Security logs that were queried and shared. You can just enter a name and everything comes up. That would cover the "incidental" and there would be no warrant needed. It would also explain the IC head's testimony on Monday.

We need to see some receipts.

Edit: Nunes just said that this info was taken from multiple unrelated fisa warrants anD then put into intelligence reports.
