He truly is a fucking idiot. Republicans would probably like the idea of cutting taxes for the wealthiest people, and would likely have gone with Trump, but like Trumpcare and his rotten budget, it would have just a plainly exposed him and the Republicans as the monsters they are. How would the pay for the tax cuts? How would they explain why the rich are getting money while everyone else's taxes go up? He's cutting social benefits to virtually ever sector of American life and doing Trumped up Trickle down?

As I said, truly a fucking idiot.
