6. The Cesar Milan rule for dogs as applied to business

Just as dogs need "rules, boundaries and limitations" so do businesses. Just as you don't want your neighbor's dog doing its business in your yard, so too do you not want businesses dumping dangerous stuff on the ground, in the ground, into the water or into the air.

Much like children, businesses also want rules on what they can or cannot do. It allows them to operate with clarity and on an even basis with each other.
