the FBI has a lot to say about this. They may want first shot at an interview, if they haven't already. They may or may not support immunity, depending on the strength of the case.

It's often been discussed that the House/Senate investigations can conflict and harm the FBI investigation....have to be careful that it doesn't in this case. FBI professionals first.
