7. WTF?

Bizarro world.
How I feel for those career diplomats. It must be so strange for them, especially after Obama/HRC/Kerry.

I just heard on Hardball tonight (per David Ignatius) that the theme of ALL foreign policy, in every agency, top to bottom, will now be "America First." (and, needless to say, environment and human rights and democracy last. )
