29. Couple Things

If you listen to the U.S. government, the only way an American could die stateside is in a "terrorist" attack. The reality is the U.S. government(s) (state, local, Federal) kills more Americans by default, that is by failing to even minimally enforce traffic laws than all the World's terrorists combined could kill if they were at it 24 hours a day. Anyway, what difference does it make? To be perfectly ACCURATE and faithful to the utter mindlessness of the religious believer, the crash was simply all part of God's Plan (ever hear that nonsense?). Or, put another way, if religious people, or any people, had half a brain and were actually SINCERELY interested in the preservation of life something definitive and draconian would have been done long ago about operators who use these stupid devices while driving. But, because religious people are so god damned stupid, all they will get out of this is "let's pray" until the next crash and then they'l pray some more. Unfortunately, the bottom line is you can't help stupid people and the planet is filled with stupid people.
