(The author somehow doesn't know where the term "balkanization" comes from: There was a bloody civil-war in the Balkans in the 1990s. The country Yugoslavia was split up into several smaller countries by NATO to prevent those people from killing each other. It's really weird that nobody on RT has ever heard of that war, despite all their NATO-bashing.)
