The contraception law did NOT apply to CHURCHES. I don't think the ACA does, either.

The Catch 22 is...the govt can't collect the tax from ANYONE. It's a tax or a penalty...

I've since read that the IRS will withhold that penalty IF you want something else from the IRS,
