get in a lot of hot water at work, I'd write one up now to be ready for him when he sets foot in this state. It wouldn't work, but at least it would draw attention to the fact this man is dangerous and mentally unstable and we need to be protected from him. Anyone with credentials (psychiatrist, psychologist, LCSW, LMHC) can do it......
