Contracting government provided services to private businesses ALWAYS results in: 1) fewer services, 2) lower pay to the service providers, 3) higher fees for the services or ALL OF THE ABOVE.

European countries have dabbled with Privatization since the 80s and has seen that it doesn't work! The Nobel Prize for economics was awarded to 2 economists who proved (in different studies) that PRIVATIZATION doesn't work!
