I also know that the opioid epidemic (which was not an epidemic when it only killed black people) is a real issue. And it's nice that you say use is down, but that isn't what we were discussing. We were discussing the effect it has on young brains, and even older brains, when abused. People become disengaged. Do YOUR research.
