It is not Sarin!!!!!

Dursban (Chlorpyrifos) is a common pesticide that requires a pesticide applicators license to obtain.
Until about 10 years ago, consumers could buy Dursban anywhere.
It was a very popular pesticide. (Too popular)
It was commonly use to kill outside insects, (roaches, grubs) however consumers were overusing it and some were using it in their homes etc.
Exterminators no longer use it for residential applications.

There are still organophosphates available to consumers. Malathion is available everywhere. But it stinks to high heaven, so it isn't very popular. Just opening a bottle will leave a stench in garage like forever. So, it will not likely get banned.
