you might try "people."

So your post is inviting guys (men)to consider a new guy (male).

If you don't think language matters or that females are included in the term "males," you might try addressing a mixed audience as just "ladies" instead of Ladies and Gentleman" or as women instead of "Men and Women"

Using "guys" when addressing everyone is like the old days when women were not allowed in the public sphere.

I think that men and woman are equal, and women are not a subset of men (that wasthe Adam's rib anti-scientific story or creation).

If you think it doesn't matter anymore try addressing a mixed audience as "gals." and see if men think they are included. They may even be offended.
