The "Biden Rule" McConnell loves to tout was never adopted by the US Senate. It's a made-up precedent.

The Democrats should demand that the US Senate officially adopt the "Biden Rule": No SCOTUS-seat for a President in his last year.

Let's see the Republicans squirm and explain how there is no need to make the "Biden Rule" an actual rule.
