"All of you" sounds fine to me as does , "You all". I favor "people" because all are included-children as well as people who do not identify with the historic genders.
The term people keeps us all in the human family -similarly many disabled people prefer that they be referred to as disabled people rather than "the disabled."
I understand your point regarding the deficiencies of English.It is a good point and one worth pondering.
I find the new experimental pronouns difficult use (so far) but understand the how some people do feel trapped in the traditional language.
