way too smart not to consider the source. If leaders of 180 nations don't all have extensive psychological profiles on Rump, I'll eat my screen.

They also have to be considering that America elected this astonishing boob, who can't begin to understand the issues or even hold a halfway intelligent conversation over dinner, and wondering what we might elect next.
