Stated a few years ago that the Koch Brothers were utilizing some loophole to influence the "liberal bent" of NPR stations in general. There are also a canyon of differences you'll hear between my local bay area NPR station's content, and that coming from dead center of red state Arizona. It all makes me wonder what NPR affiliate in range of Koch-land tends towards in regular guests/programming.
I'd always noticed how many of PBS's programming is "funded by Charles and David". I think NPR also has some grant money from them.
