Sounds like her phrasing.

"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." I am certain that she at least expected a cabinet position and now realizes that Trump no longer considers her to be useful. The only reason she is still there is that she refuses to be phased out. "Cheaper to keep her," especially when it is on the taxpayer's dime.
