He already said that the Syria strike was useless and made by a weak president flexing his muscles.

This is NOT the way to get China to exert influence on NK. In fact, it's the exact opposite of what needs to happen. Li'l Donnie is basically giving Xi an ultimatum and simultaneously double dog daring Kin Jong Un to use his nukes.
