20. My biggest fear is coming true...

He will strike militarily in order to cover up his domestic weakness. I thought the Syria strike was legitimate, but I admit now that the decision-making behind this was all subjective, not driven by objective advice. I was one of the early supporters of the strike, now I see the pattern is not what I thought, the "success" of Syria is feeding this mad man's fantasies. We are in for a whole lot of trouble. The world is about to go insane.

I am German. My father was a German kid in the Hitlerjugend. It was the trend. He was 16 in 1942. His parents did not approve. Afterwards he felt the deep guilt of Germany, what it had done, and that America was the savior of the West. We came here, and dragged my entire family here, because he felt this could never happen here. Compared to Germans, Americans were too "relaxed". As I grew up here I felt he was a loving, idealistic fool. It can happen anywhere.
