There was a lot posted about the victim's history to let us know he deserved a completely random public execution in the street.
For the police issue, they don't want us to question authority. Even DUers of all races say we should just quietly obey the officers and take it to court later. Completely missing the point that we wouldn't even know about it or be discussing the matter if it hadn't gone down so completely wrong.
All airlines (except maybe United) are reviewing their processes to prevent this from happening and promote the idea of happy customers. I flew United last month only because it was the cheapest flight for the time and airports that I wanted. I was worried more about TSA groping me or CBP trying to get in my phone. Now I have to worry about getting beat up too?
