6. Similar to excerpts I have seen from 45's various depositions

When asked about his knowledge of a person or activity, he appears to experience varying degrees of memory loss......

Replies all contain phrases like:

I barely knew of...

I Do not recall interacting personally with....

I have Heard the name but would not recognize the person..

I Had no knowledge of ....

I Was never made aware of...

My children handled that transaction...

I Never saw any indication of possible.....

We may have spoken on the phone...

"Believe me...."
