What does this bomb cost?

Who made the recommendation?

Why was this recommendation made?

What was the target, and what was the result?

It almost doesn't matter because, as other DUer observed earlier today, you just can't believe what anyone in this administration says. Slight caveat - unless it's about the further erosion of the social contract and the destruction of American society. Then I'll take them at their word.
