61. Nukes are used every single day in a balance of ultimate terror.

MAD (Mutual Assurred Destruction) never went away among the superpowers. If North Korea were to acquire these weapons they would have a status similar to Israel and the threat it had against the old Soviet Union. I would hope Trump had the talk before he got access to the nuclear codes. The Super Powers will institute doomsday as soon as their ability to detect an attack goes down. The way I had it explained to me MAD is blind mad vengeance and Congress, assemblies and committees do not get a vote.
