7. I don't think he has any idea what is in his budget. He is ignorant regarding policies and details.

He is the epitome of a figurehead. He wants to sign things, meet people and bark orders in between his real priorities: watching TV and golfing. He is probably the dumbest man yet to be president and he couldn't care less because he has zero intellectual curiosity and self-awareness.
