Telling him to stop would hurt his feelings. Since words now can hurt, telling him to stop would open the airline up to a lawsuit and the employee to an immediate firing.

... Unless if someone more important wanted to take his seat. Then, the cops could run in and crack his skull open. It's very logical if you think about it.
