People who are that easily manipulated might not vote the way you'd think anyhow. But, they didn't vote at all, so their votes are not part of the tally. They simply don't get counted at all, and have no impact on the outcome. I'll worry about them for future elections, but they don't really matter in the 2016 election. They didn't bother to vote their preference at all.
