49. It seems White House Barbie.....

has taken over the duties of the "First Gold-Digger". Malaria does absolutely nothing. Overseeing the Nannies raising little Barron in New York seems "fulfilling" enough for her, with the occasional trip to Florida to show off her latest couture gowns, and smile vacuously for photo-ops. It sure is difficult to balance all the duties of "First Gold-Digger", isn't it, Malaria?
