If I had been one of them, I would have created a hell of a ruckus.

I learned a long time ago the value of making a scene. The worst thing that people would do to you is look.

Why didn't the cops intervene to prevent that idiot from harassing patients? One call to their supervisor, promising that the next call would be to several media outlets, and they'd learn to enforce the law. PP's policy of non-confrontation simply invites more intrusion like this.
