And many states allow religious hospitals to discriminate against gays and lesbians, both as employees and as patients.


It's infuriating that a person's wishes or those of their family can be dismissed because the Church can't mind its own business. How dare they insert themselves into such a private matter? And many people are completely unaware that they have so much influence.
