Note the stupid smile, the head bobbing back and forth and the nudge (from his immigrant wife) to put his tiny hand over his cold, garlic filled heart.
Also note that both of the guys took their cue from the woman in the middle - Baron first sees what she is doing, then she nudges the other to her left.
