we will see trump's next church appearance during the 2020 campaign, with cameras rolling.
to answer your "where's the outrage" question, the answer is that the rage is in the same place the "they don't support our military" outrage (Trump's John McCain comments during the campaign), and the republican "family values" outrage ("grab em by the pussy) and "lack of patriotism" outrage ("A lot of people are killers, do you think we're so innocent?"
. It's conveniently, selectivity sitting on a shelf somewhere, waiting for a moment to spring on a democrat whenever they see fit.
