61. Many factors affect the outcome of an election. Some of those factors are thievery.

Setting aside the possibility of actual ballot tampering ...

Voter suppression -- including ID laws, purging from voter rolls, insufficient polling places causing long travel and/or long lines -- are thievery.

Using the taxpayer funded power of Congress to conduct endless witch hunts (Benghazi, private email server) for the purpose of smearing the likely candidate of the opposition party is thievery.

The FBI director making unprecedented commentary about a concluded investigation (email) then withholding news of the Trump/Russia investigation while coming out with a late October Surprise (Weiner emails) is thievery.

Actual collusion with a foreign adversary to tip the election is thievery.

All these factors impacted the election, and in combination very likely changed the outcome.
