November 3, 2016: American and South Korean marines, sailors and relief experts are holding their first joint exercise in moving aid to North Korea and dealing with large numbers of North Korea refugees trying to flee south. The U.S. and South Korea have been developing plans for a government collapse in North Korea and now are training military and civilian personnel to actually handle the situation. Ships and aircraft are being used in the exercise that will last until the 6 th .
