13. This story: "Georgias Sixth District is totally rigged due to gerrymandering." That's illegal.

A lot of gerrymandered districts are vulnerable if the electorate shifts just the right amount. Gerrymandering can be too greedy to maximize the result. Then when the electorate shifts just a bit more than anticipated, the gerrymander backfires. We may witness that today.
