sexual assault; mocking the disabled; grifting the American taxpayer; self-congratulations, narcissism; worrying about the size of his "hands"; ineptitude; nepotism; appreciating chocolate cake; talking about crowd size; going golfing; riling up the low-information voter; and winning the endorsement from white nationalists.
