Declaring the president illegitimate.

Declaring election tainted and therefor null and void.

Call for an election do-over.

Amazingly, that's the easy part.

Once those declarations are made, then what?

Who sits as president?

Who is our leader if we're attacked?

Who gets to decide all this? The Congress? Do we follow the Constitution and install Ryan until we get the rest in place? The Supremes? The Senate?
