This is all a set up.
China and Russia can now point to Trump as being the "cause" of the mobilization,
said mobilization for other more nefarious purposes will not be questioned,
someone will claim their forces lining the border were attacked
and N. Korea will be invaded, by those conveniently placed forces.

the minute S. Korea gets fired on from "North Korea", we will be in it because of treaty obligations.
we've seen the movie before, but lots of people have not and will buy it.
